I. Project Details
The Xihua Shuanghui 100 Million Broilers per Year Project is located in Xihua County, Zhoukou City, Henan Province. It is a major integrated poultry industry project developed by Shuanghui Development. Implemented by Xihua Shuanghui Poultry Co., Ltd., the project integrates breeder farming, chick incubation, commercial broiler production, feed supply, poultry slaughtering, processing, and prepared food production, establishing a complete industrial chain from breeding stock to processed chicken products.
To meet the requirements of large-scale and automated broiler production, Guangzhou Guangxing supplied Xihua Shuanghui with complete automated broiler cage systems and related equipment solutions. These systems support the mechanized operation of automatic feeding, automatic drinking, automatic manure removal, poultry-house ventilation, and environmental control. Their application helps reduce manual labor, increase stocking capacity and production efficiency, and improve management consistency across different poultry houses. According to public information from Guangzhou Guangxing, its complete automated broiler cage systems began to be used in the Xihua Shuanghui project in 2020.

III. Main Project Components
1. Breeder Farming System
The project includes standardized broiler breeder farms that continuously supply hatching eggs to the incubation facilities. These breeder farms adopt large-scale and zoned management practices, integrating breeder husbandry, hatching-egg collection, biosecurity, and production data management.
This coordinated system provides a reliable foundation for the stable supply of day-old chicks to the project’s commercial broiler farms.
2. Chick Incubation System
Modern hatcheries are included in the project to receive hatching eggs from the breeder farms. Through automated incubation, hatching, chick sorting, and transportation processes, the hatcheries supply day-old chicks to the project’s different commercial broiler farms.
The coordinated connection between breeder farms, hatcheries, and commercial broiler farms helps standardize chick breeds, health requirements, and batch management. It also reduces the impact of fluctuations in external chick supplies on production planning.
3. Commercial Broiler Farming Bases
To achieve an annual production target of 100 million commercial broilers, the project includes multiple standardized broiler farms across Xihua County. Each farm adopts enclosed poultry houses and large-scale farming methods, with automated systems for feeding, drinking, manure removal, ventilation, and environmental regulation.
Combining geographically distributed production sites with centralized management allows the project to meet large-volume broiler supply requirements while supporting zoned biosecurity, batch-based farming, and standardized production management.

This integrated production model cuts down coordination costs between separate enterprises and industrial links. It enables unified control over chick breeding, feed production, breeding management, and processing quality, while boosting the in-house supply capacity of chicken raw materials. As disclosed by Shuanghui Development, the project is also constructed to raise the self-sufficiency rate of chicken raw materials, stabilize raw material supply for meat processing, and improve the overall processing efficiency of the industrial chain.
