Cleaning and drying devices to improve yield
This sanitary egg washing and drying machine features a stainless steel frame with all electrical components installed on the upper part of the unit. It can be used together with the separately sold foam cleaning device to maintain superior hygiene. It adopts one-touch or sliding cover plates for easy inspection and cleaning. All brushes are equipped in standard specifications: 10 washing brushes for egg cleaning, 10 top drying brushes and 8 bottom drying brushes. The JOB series delivers excellent washing and drying performance.
Stronger operability
The upgraded computer control system greatly improves the machine's operability and computing speed. It optimizes the presetting of egg carton quantities and enhances the recalculation function after egg grading. In addition, it supports invoice data storage, enabling reissuance of previous invoices.
Flexibly respond to the diversity of packaging containers
The machine distributes weighed eggs to different packaging lines by weight and packs them into designated containers. It combines various packaging mechanisms and container feeding devices to adapt to diverse packaging container types.
Satisfy customer needs
The optional configuration includes a cleaning device compatible with graders. It uses brushes to effectively remove dirt on the sides of machine conveying claws and reduce cleaning workload. This conveying claw cleaning device can also be installed on existing machines as required by customers.

This high-precision weighing equipment resists vibration and foreign matter interference. It keeps the error within ±1% after automatic calibration. Equipped with durable weighing sensors, it ensures long-term continuous stable operation of the machine.
