The vibrating ball of the tactile sensor gently taps eggshells. It distinguishes intact eggs from cracked ones by rebound performance.The ball bounces repeatedly off sound eggs, while barely rebounding from cracked shells.
High sensitivity & gentle tapping
Required rebound vibration data is obtained via gentle tapping to minimize impact stress on eggs.The high-sensitivity tactile sensor smoothly strikes around eggshells for 20 times per egg, thoroughly spotting all cracked eggs.
Compact structure, easy to retrofit egg checking device onto existing egg inspection equipment.
Unlike conventional acoustic inspection units, it requires no noise reduction measures and features an exceptionally compact design. The control box can be mounted under the optical inspection conveyor to save space, fitting most existing egg washers and graders. (Certain models need extra parts and partial modification.)

High-tech dirty egg inspection equipment meets customers' strict quality requirements.
The DEX dirty egg inspector adopts our proprietary image recognition technology to precisely detect stains and foreign matter on eggshell surfaces. Four CCD cameras installed at the pointed and blunt ends of each egg capture all contaminants including residual yolk, egg white, chicken manure, feathers, cage rust, pigment spots and tiny pinholes across the entire shell. A special light source highlights the eggshell to enhance contrast between shells and dirt, enabling high-accuracy inspection of soiled eggs.
Inspection remains unaffected even with mixed-color eggs.
It automatically identifies white, light brown and brown eggs, unaffected by shell color, and accurately detects tiny stains invisible to the naked eye.
Real-time display of inspection status
Operators can monitor egg inspection status on the operation screen. Mark “NG” is displayed above soiled eggs judged defective. Error messages pop up automatically on screen in case of internal equipment faults. Three eggshell colors are available with adjustable inspection sensitivity from level 0 to 10 respectively.
