Egg Supply Table
It can transport up to 6 rows of eggs at the same time and conduct egg inspection as the conveyor belt moves forward slowly. The maximum 6-row egg feeding design greatly eases the labor burden of arranging eggs side by side on the conveyor. It can fully inspect eggs in slow movement. Working with an egg suction device, it achieves more convenient and efficient operation.
Egg Suction Device
The suction-type egg suction device assists in transporting eggs from egg trays to the egg feeding table.
Egg Candling Chamber
The 6-row egg feeding table is equipped with curtains and mirrors. It adopts projected optical fiber lighting to easily identify defective eggs and achieve high-precision egg inspection.
UV Sterilization Device
This device uses high-efficiency ultraviolet rays to irradiate eggs on the conveyor and eliminate bacteria on the eggshell surface.
Liquid Medicine Injection Pump
This device injects high-efficiency bactericidal sodium hypochlorite into cleaning water for sterilization. After use, thoroughly clean the machine interior to prevent the liquid medicine from corroding metal parts.
